911 Personal Trainer offers a variety of nutrition plans based on your needs, goals, and desired level of support.  Our basic plan identifies your recommended daily caloric intake and helps you understand how to monitor what you eat so you can stay on track.  You learn the basics about nutrition including calories, fats, protein, and fiber.  We guide you with a list of foods to avoid and teach you how to read food labels so you can make smarter choices.  We also offer more extensive nutrition counseling such as taking you grocery shopping or even providing you with customized meal planning.
