Do I need equipment?
No!  We bring everything you need to you so you don’t have to worry about a thing!  If you would like to purchase some of the items used during your workouts you can on our website.  If you have equipment you would like us to use we can work it into your fitness program.

Can I workout with my friend, spouse or coworker?
Yes.  The best way to have lasting results is to have people around you support a healthy lifestyle as well.  Plus, the more fun you have, the more committed you’ll be.

Do you do Group Training?
Yes.  Group training is a great way to cut down costs and create group energy that motivates each individual to work harder longer.

Can I hire a personal trainer to come to my workplace?
Yes!  Forget working through lunch.  Taking a yoga class during a lunch break has become a more popular way to reduce stress and be more productive during the rest of your day. Use stress to propel you through a challenging workout that will transform your day.  We can accommodate any group or individual needs.

How do I pay?
You pay in advance when you book your training sessions online.

Do you give refunds?  
We do not refund training sessions that have already been completed.  If you cancel within 24 hours of your session we will charge you the full price.  

What if I have to cancel?
If you cancel 24 hours before you session you will be credited for the session.  If you are sick …..

What if I’m late?
Your session will start and end at the scheduled time, so if you are late you miss out on part of your training session.  Please make sure you do everything possible to be on time.  If your trainer is late, they will still provide the 60 minute session.

When are your trainers available?
Talk to your individual trainer to schedule appointments.  Each personal trainer will do their best to accommodate your needs and schedule.  If you have specific scheduling requirements please discuss this during your consultation so we can set you up with a trainer that will work around your schedule with ease.  

What if I decide I want to cancel a training program after I’ve started?

What if I live in a small apartment?
We can customize any workout to fit any space.  If you’d prefer we can take the workout outdoors or find another place of your choice.  

What kind of results can I expect?
Everyone is different and everyone will have different goals.  Results will vary based on your commitment.  How hard are you willing to work?  Will you stick to a healthy diet while you exercise?  Will you practice the skills taught outside of the training sessions for the best results?  Your commitment and the support of our incredible team can lead to unbelievable results.

We work with anyone who has the desire to improve their physical and mental health.  Whether you have a physical ailment, you are looking to lose weight, or you want to get an edge on competitors in sports, we have a personal trainer with a plan for you.  No matter what age, no matter what ability, we are here to improve your quality of life.  Look great, feel great, live longer!  

How do I know if you are the right trainer for me?
Before making a commitment we offer a one on one consultation with the trainer.  At this time we can determine the best program and most compatible trainer for your needs.  There is no commitment required for you to have a consultation.

What happens in a consultation?
A consultation is an opportunity for a trainer to meet with you to talk about your needs and what you are looking for from us.  We discuss long term and short term goals and break it down so they are attainable and you can see your progress along the way.  We look at your current health, lifestyle, and workout preferences to create a plan that is a perfect fit for you.

How long are the sessions?
Each session is 60 minutes.

Who can do Pilates?
Anyone male or female.  Use Pilates as your primary exercise regime, in addition to cardiovascular training, or for sports enhancement.

How do I get started?
